Tour Architects is not responsible for issues, denied boarding, additional charges, cancellations, or travel disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until the booking is confirmed and paid in full.
The total cost of your booking may include supplier charges, taxes, government fees, service fees, convenience fees, processing fees, and other applicable charges.
Tour Architects may charge service fees for booking assistance, consultation, changes, cancellations, refunds, or support services. Service fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
By providing payment information, you authorize Tour Architects and/or the applicable travel supplier to charge the provided payment method for the agreed booking amount, service fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
After payment is completed, Tour Architects will provide booking confirmation details by email or other communication method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all confirmation details carefully, including names, dates, routes, destinations, flight numbers, hotel details, and other booking information.
Any errors must be reported to Tour Architects immediately. Failure to report errors promptly may result in additional charges or inability to correct the booking.
All changes and cancellations are subject to the rules and policies of the applicable travel supplier.
Airline tickets, hotel bookings, vacation packages, cruises, and other travel products may be non-refundable, non-transferable, or subject to penalties.
Tour Architects may assist with change or cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee approval, refunds, credits, waivers, or schedule modifications.
Additional supplier fees, fare differences, taxes, and Tour Architects service fees may apply.
Refund eligibility depends on the rules of the applicable supplier.
If a refund is approved by the supplier, the refund will be processed according to the supplier’s timeline and method of payment.
Tour Architects is not responsible for supplier delays in issuing refunds.
Service fees, processing fees, convenience fees, and consultation fees charged by Tour Architects are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Airlines may change flight times, routes, aircraft, layovers, or cancel flights at their discretion.
Tour Architects is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, or operational disruptions.
Customers are responsible for checking flight status before travel and complying with airline check-in and boarding requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including:

Travel permits
Vaccination records
Health documents

Any other documents required by destination or transit countries
