All airline tickets, schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and policies are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective airline.

All prices displayed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to availability. Prices may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed. Additional charges such as taxes, airline fees, baggage fees, currency conversion charges, or processing fees may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment is received and a confirmation email or ticket is issued to the customer. Tour Architects reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or incomplete customer information.
All bookings are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline. Customers are responsible for reviewing cancellation policies, refund eligibility, flight change rules, baggage policies, check-in requirements, and passport and visa requirements.
Tour Architects shall not be held responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, or operational disruptions.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the rules and policies of the respective airline. In many cases, certain tickets may be non-refundable and service fees may not be refundable. Refund timelines depend on airline processing times. Tour Architects does not guarantee refund approval from airlines. Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.
Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving confirmed travel services, tickets, booking confirmations, or customer support assistance. In cases of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, Tour Architects reserves the right to submit evidence to payment processors, recover associated financial losses, suspend future services, and take legal action where necessary.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate traveler information, verifying travel dates and passenger names, ensuring passport validity, obtaining required visas and travel documents, and following airline policies and government regulations. Any costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer shall be the customer’s responsibility.
Travel may involve risks including flight delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, government restrictions, immigration issues, and health-related travel restrictions. Tour Architects shall not be liable for losses, damages, missed connections, additional expenses, or disruptions caused by airlines, airports, governments, natural events, or third-party service providers.
Upon confirmed payment, customers will receive their booking confirmation and e-tickets via email within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours of payment processing. The delivery method is electronic (email). No physical delivery of goods is involved. The service is considered commenced upon issuance of the booking confirmation.
Return and exchange of air tickets are governed entirely by the issuing airline’s fare rules. Tour Architects will facilitate refund requests to the airline on the customer’s behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Service fees charged by Tour Architects are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
All content on this website including logos, branding, text, graphics, website design, and images is the property of Tour Architects and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt fraudulent transactions, abuse customer support, interfere with website operations, or use stolen payment methods. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services.
